The Puntagorda Market was created to be the central market place of local produce. In this way the local farmers and artisans can sell their products directly to the public. The market is directly opposite the El Fayal recreation area and is easily accessible from the main road
The market is open on:
Saturdays from 15:00 until 19:00 and Sundays from 11:00 until 15:00
Every Saturday there is also a second-hand goods market.
In the market building you can find a wide variety of good quality products for sale.
Including fruit and vegetables (both conventional and ecological), cheese, meat, honey, almond products, traditional cakes and biscuits, gateaux, home-made bread, wine from the local vineyards, olives, mojos (sauces), sugar-cane drinks, fresh fruit drinks, plantones, perfumes, needlework, basketwork, pottery, paintings and photographs, etc. | Forthcoming activities |
